With over 15 years of experience, successfully creating, and leading teams, projects and business lines in the end to end real estate development process.
Nick has successfully directed over $1B/+5M SF in total projects completed ranging from new development, repositioned assets, retail, hospitality and commercial interior fit outs throughout the US, Canada & the UK.
Nick oversees all aspects of program management to ensure that the Owner’s objectives are met with a full commitment to deliver projects with Rinnovo Constructions full commitment. Responsibilities include pre-construction services, scheduling, cost management, manpower resourcing, and overall company strategic planning.
Nicks interests include spending time with his 2 year old son, fishing, boating and just about any outdoor activity.
