Ryan brings over 15 year of experience in the real estate development and construction management industry. Working with some of the nation’s largest construction managers and real estate developers in both South Florida and New York City, he is well-versed on overall market conditions. Ryan has overseen several intricate projects totaling over $1.25 billion and 3.5 million SF – ranging from site development, core and shell, high-rise residential/hospitality, commercial office fit-out, and retail fit-out.
Ryan’s responsibilities include managing the estimating team to ensure deliverables are met and support is provided when needed, maintaining relationships with trade contractors, reviewing bid documents for completeness, and reviewing scope narratives/trade contractor’s proposals to develop a comprehensive estimate/budget for submission to the Client.
